Duo Couture is a boutique offering stylish, high-quality fashion to our community. We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate. As we’re just getting started, this is an amazing opportunity to grow with our brand and play an essential role in shaping the boutique's success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, helping with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Assist with day-to-day store operations, including ringing up purchases, managing inventory, and maintaining the store’s aesthetic.
- Photography & Social Media: Capture high-quality photos of products and outfits, and assist with social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote the boutique. Creativity is key!
- Merchandising: Help with visual merchandising, including displaying new arrivals and seasonal collections in an appealing and organized manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the boutique’s products and promotions, helping customers make informed choices.
- Organization: Ensure the store is always neat, clean, and well-stocked, and assist with inventory management.
- Try-On & Styling: Model clothes when needed for social media or store displays, helping to highlight new styles and collections.
Requirements:
- Availability: Must be comfortable working limited hours, primarily nights and weekends.
- Creative Mindset: Comfortable taking photos and showcasing clothing in a fun and engaging way on social media platforms.
- Fashion Knowledge: A good eye for fashion trends and styling is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized, especially when managing store displays and inventory.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, upbeat, and always eager to provide a great customer experience.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of social media platforms and photo editing tools is a plus.
- Team Player: Works well in a small, close-knit team environment.
