Duo Couture Return & Refund Policy
Hey there, fashion lover! We get it—sometimes, things just don’t work out. Maybe the fit isn't right, or maybe that color you thought would pop just isn't your vibe. No worries! We’re happy to offer returns for in-store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order—just keep in mind a few things:
🛍️ To be eligible for a full refund:

Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and scent-free (yes, that means no perfume, smoke, or anything that might make your item smell like a wild adventure).

Keep it pet-hair free—as much as we love furry friends, we can’t take back items covered in Fluffy’s fur.

All tags must be attached—we love a good outfit try-on, but if the tag is missing, the return is a no-go.
📦 The not-so-fun but important details:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer covers return shipping, or if you're local, feel free to drop off your return in person during our normal business hours.

If your item arrived defective (oops, our bad!), contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll need to inspect the item before approving the return. Please note, once an item has been worn, washed, or altered, we’re unable to take responsibility for any damage. After purchase, customers assume responsibility for following the care instructions listed on the tag and/or fabric content. If you’re ever unsure how to wash or care for an item, please reach out to us before washing — we’re always happy to help ensure your new pieces stay in perfect condition!
- For in-store pickup orders, the 14 day period starts from when you receive your 'ready for pickup' email.
- For shipped orders, the 14 day period starts when the carrier shows the package as delivered.
