Who can participate?
Anyone with a Facebook account is welcome to purchase with us during our lives! As long as you're a member of our VIP group... at 7:30pm on Monday nights you're good to go!

How do I buy?
To shop during the lives or even during the replay, simply comment your desired piece and size while you see it on screen.
Each piece is given a name. Typically, we will 'pin' a comment that highlights the piece name, price, colors, and available sizes.
We offer the pieces on a first comment, first sold process. Once a piece is sold out, we can notify you if one becomes available.
How do I pay?
About an hour after the live has ended, you'll receive an email with your invoice. If you've never shopped with us before, you can DM us your email address to receive your invoice.
Any claimed items on the live MUST be paid for via the invoice emailed. You will not be able to pay in-store upon pickup. You have 24 hours to pay your invoice before the items are offered to the next customer.
It is very important to understand, that due to fairness to all customers. In order for the item to be 'yours' you must pay for it within 24 hours of claiming the piece.
What if something I buy doesn't work out?
We understand buying on live can be difficult to know your true size! We do our best to explain how an item fits while we're live, however if you purchase a piece, we're happy to return it for in-store credit. Let's be honest... chances are you'll find something else the following week, online, or in-store that you can use the in-store credit for! ;)

How do I receive my items I purchased?
When you are completing your purchase via the email you received after the live, you'll be able to choose 'Local Pickup' or Shipping!
Local Pickup is FREE at our retail store (445 Cardinal Lane - Suite 105, Green Bay WI 54313).
Shipping is only $3.99 via USPS unless you spend $50 or more... then IT'S FREE!
Why can't I just pay when I pickup my items?
We kindly ask that all claimed items be paid for within 24 hours of the live! π»πΈ This helps us stay organized and get your goodies packaged up and ready to roll. πβ¨
Also, please make sure to pay before popping in to pick up β this helps us know who's really coming to snag their finds. If everyone claimed without paying, weβd have a mountain of unpaid items and a bunch of other shoppers missing out on their chance to shop the fun. πποΈ Letβs keep it fair and fabulous for everyone! π
How will I know when my items are ready?
If you choose local pickup upon checking out, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can stop in anytime during normal business hours :)
If you choose shipping, as soon as we create the shipping label with USPS you will receive an email with your tracking information. USPS picks up from our store daily around 10am on open business days. As soon as the item is scanned in by USPS it is unfortunately out of our control but know that we do have insurance on every package for at least $100. We cover the cost of this insurance :)
