Style Box Return & Exchange Policy

Each Duo Style Box is carefully hand-picked just for you based on your preferences and size—so while all boxes are final sale, we do offer a little wiggle room if something doesn’t quite work out:

  • Mini Style Box ($75):
    Clothing items are eligible for size exchange only within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Must be unworn with tags still attached.
    Accessories, skincare, and bonus items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Deluxe Style Box ($120):
    You may exchange 1 clothing item for store credit within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags.
    Accessories, skincare, and surprise extras are final sale.

We cannot guarantee replacements will be available in the same item or size, but we’ll do our best to offer a great alternative you’ll love!

Shipping & Returns

We offer a 14 day return window, returns will be issued in-store credit only. We're sorry, no exceptions.

In stock boutique clothing typically ships within 1-2 days. Certain pieces are online exclusive which do require 5-7 days for fulfillment.

Graphics & Custom Orders are final sale and typically ship within 4-5 days.
